[sclug] Recovering partition tables

Dear Sclugers

I've been setting up a WinXP and Kubuntu dual boot.  During the Windoze 
setup I managed to delete the partitions off my external backup hard 
disk (yeah I know - really really stupid!).  Although I  didn't follow 
through with the repartitioning it appears that Windows setup has 
deleted the partition tables from the disk.  Anyone know if I can 
recover any of the data?  The original partitions were Fat32 and Ext3.
