I jumped about a year ago.  It's fantastic.  I haven't bothered with
greylisting.

Things to note: you can run it in all sorts of ways with all sorts of
backends, but I find it easiest to spawn it from procmail as a filter.
You also need to think carefully about your database: having had some very
bad experiences of DBM files, from a performance and stability point of
view (they tend to get corrupted fairly easily), I went with MySQL, and
the performance is good (<1s to classify an email).  It does take some
training; you'll need a couple of thousand emails of each type.
