I assume that it will grumble and say that all the Physical Volumes are 
not available for that Volume Group; I think you'd have to remove the 
Physical Volume in that way which causes it to migrate stuff off.


Sounds like an exercise left to the reader, but I believe that LVM does 
clever things like identify the disks, wherever they're connected, so I'm 
sure it'll cope with this.
