[sclug] Mail Daemons

Hi guys and gals,
                 Decided to try out a couple of these 123-reg / pipex
dedicated servers (so far I would say don't bother, hidden(ish) charges,
abysmal customer service, 'instant activation' = 5 days etc. 

Anyhow, these systems are FreeBSD4 and have virtually nothing installed.

Are there any suggestions for a decent IMAP/SMTP combo to throw on them? 

Oh and I have unlimited bandwidth apparently (I give myself a week before I
get kicked off)
