[sclug] CMSs and forums

Not sure how relevant this is, but I am currently looking at JCR
(JSR-170), Java Content Repositories. It certainly looks interesting
from a content storage perspective.

OSS implementations are Jackrabbit and Alfresco (which I think already
has some CMS capability built in).
