Stackoverflow deals (mainly) with programming languages, but it is good for
scripting; every good sysadmin should be able to 'bash' out a couple of
'perls' in a Python infested open source pool !

Probably better looking at http://serverfault.com/
It's white-boxed stackoverflow that deals with server issues from systems
administration to networking, routing, etc.
