[Sussex] Anybody out there any good at rescuing hard drives?

When I rescue HD my procedure is to mount using a USB adaptor. Often I 
can persuade the disk to run in one position horizontal vertical etc and 
with luck read and recover data. Of course if you can get it to read 
work quickly as you would be on borrowed time.
So my advice is have a working machine, plug in the USB and you might be 
lucky.
