Redhat 9 is pretty old, and is no longer official supported
ie. there are no security fixes released for it any more.

The current free system is Fedora Core 2, http://fedora.redhat.com

The products with the RedHat name on them are now the commercial ones.

If you really do want an old RH9 then you should be able to find a copy
of the iso on one of the redhat mirror sites. check the official redhat
mirror list for sites, and look for that same directory on there.
eg. ftp://zeniiia.linux.org.uk/pub/distributions/redhat/9/en/iso/i386/
