Asus are a good make and I doubt you'll go wrong with them.  I've had one Asus 
board so far and it's been good.

I do feel that I must stand up for gigabyte tho.  I've currently got two 
gigabyte boards (one AMD and one Intel) and both have been good so far.  I've 
also had good luck with MSI in the past.  What ever you buy google it before 
hand, you'll usually find plenty of info out there, especially if it's a well 
known make.  Also make sure you know the revision of the board as it can make 
a big difference to the spec of the board.
