As often happens; you struggle with something, offload the pressure by 
asking for help, return to the task and quickly solve the problem.

To get to use HTML you click the 'Disable rich-text' link under the 
editing text. This shows you the raw HTML.

I also have found that 'shift+enter' puts in a newline rather than a 
paragraph and so places the next line close to the last one instead of 
spacing it off.
