A few items I have spotted that need to be added to the instructions on 
how to make a bootable SD card.

a) We should include LICENCE.broadcom file on the card along with the 
other files to legally use the boot loaders.

b) I did not make clear that you need to look into the 'boot' directory 
of the Rpi firmware you downloaded in order to find the boot loader files.
