[Blackburn] New BLUG Website

Right,

Now that I've kicked myself for my earlier, and rather major, cack up I've
turned over a new leaf :). The BLUG website has been updated to be based
around the PHP-Nuke content system, firstly anyone who would like to
voluteer to add content to it just talk to me. Any suggestions,
modification, etc, etc, then just drop me an email.
