'Noon All,

Just catching up with my email and have been reading the proposals.

Merging would present a 'one stop shop' for the events allowing a
more efficient use of existing resources and allowing us to cover the
full spectrum of users from new to seasoned.

With this in mind we would have to consider space requirements. I
seem to remember that both events have previously been well attended
which would put pressure on being safely able to
accommodate such an amount of attendee's.

Also one further thing to think about is technical support/teaching
for a combined event. Again both previous events have relied on the same
group of volunteers to provide this service. This would have to be
looked at again to decide if having both events under one name would
need further support.

I think it is also time to start a mailing list just so that there
is a record of emails for this project and allowing some inbox sanity.
