My self and Arran will help you on Saturday, this is just a bit of homework
for anyone that wants to get going.

Just follow these 2 steps

1. setup an account on github.com https://github.com/signup/free
2. follow the instructions here to setup github and add a ssh key to github
http://help.github.com/linux-set-up-git/

Do a search on Google / Youtube for Github tutorials. You need to know how
to

Fork
Clone
Add
Commit
Push
Pull
Branch
Checkout

Here is the link to our projects main github repository which you will need
when you come to fork the project into your own account so you can start
coding. https://github.com/codetastic/BLUGMon-Hub

Just as a matter of interest and if you didn't already know. it was Linus
Torvalds who wrote git. He did this after he fell out with bitkeeper, which
is where the linux kernal was originally held. Git is now used by linux
kernel, perl, eclipse, Gnome and KDE to name but a few.

See you all Saturday.
Simon
