[Blackpool] A little help in finding a good laptop

The quickest way to do this is probably to drop both the laptop drives into
a desktop unit. They'll both be standard sata connections so there should
be no problem with this and it will give the fastest transfer rate.
If you have a few more pennies to spare you could also grab something like
this:

A sata to USB enclosure. This one is pretty funky as it you can fill your
drive .iso and it will emulate a CD drive and boot them!
You can then use a clonezilla live CD to boot from and clone the drive the
same way you would with Ghost,
