[Blackpool] Arranging meetings

Hi folks -

Do you not think it would be beneficial to use this list (or an alternative
method if preferred) to arrange upcoming meetings, and to show who will be
attending the meeting, and what, if anything will be happening?

No-show 'Apologies' on the list looks negative, and does not really convey
much.

Personally, I think knowing who IS coming would be much more useful to
everyone.
As alternative venue meetings are already arranged like this,  it should
not be difficult to arrange all meetings in the same manner.
