[Blackpool] Arranging meetings

That sounds like a sensible idea as Then we will have a better idea of attendance and what people would like to do. Also if anyone has an issue they need help with gives us a bit of notice so we can do a bit of research if needed. And of course we'll know how much refreshments we need :-)
