The 3D print you were trying to do on the Ultimaker printer unfortunately failed as it fell over when the printing got towards the top.


It looks to me that it does have a flat face, however I am unable to try re-orientating the object because all that is on the SD card is the G-code file. Please email me the .stl file, so I can open it in Cura and re-orientate the object to try printing again.
