Manchester Free Software (MFS) and ManLUG are holding Software Freedom
Day (SFD) in Manchester on Saturday, 21st September, 1:30pm-4:30pm at
Manchester Central Library.

SFD is a global event with groups around the world holding events but
the Manchester event is the only one listed in the UK. Please encourage
those that would be interested in Free Software, if only they knew about
it, to attend.

If you have a Free Software talk, tutorial or demo then please consider
giving it at this event and email fsuk-manchester-team at nongnu.org to
discuss.

"As you enter the Central Library from St Peter's Square (where the tram
station is) you will see the glass lifts, select the second floor and
turn to your left upon existing the lift. You will see an information
desk, keep going a little past this and on your left is the raised
seating area of Val Swinbourne Seminar Studio. Note that the second
floor in the lifts is different if you were to take the stairs, I made
this mistake."
