Hello

Just got word from a man who heard from a man next door to me.. (spot
prize if you know where that's from)

..that if we want the CVS building/room in November then booking a full
day is more difficult than a morning or afternoon, but for full days,
every Friday is available, as is the 16th (Mon) and 26th (Thur).

If anyone wants to check specific dates they can just call CVS and ask
about 'room bookings'

There would be a charge for any rooms we wanted to use.

In terms of publicising what we are doing to their membership/networks
they are more than happy to do this. Email bulletins go out regularly
and they are happy to attach small pdf's.

We need to supply words, and have e.g. a page on our site for people to
click back to.

To get something in Briefing Bradford we need to get copy to them by the
middle of October and they say that this should not be about events
before the 2nd of November.

If we want to book people/places on the event, we would need to handle
all of that ourselves. We would also need to think of a way to handle
any queries we may get before hand, etc..
