As some of you may already know I arrange for Richard to speak at Occupy
LSX on 5th Nov.

Particularly with the dire threats to the Internet from SOPA and PIPA the
free software movement now has common cause with Occupy so I would
encourage all LUGs to find your local Occupy group and see what assistance
you can be to each other.

I have started a blog to help forge synergy between free software and free
society groups at http://freeworld-freesoftware.blogspot.com

There is, as of the launc on New Year's eve now an Occupy movement specific
social network that people can join http://www.occupii.org

Please put the word about in your LUGs.

2012 is going to be a year of great change. We want that to be change for
the better!
