[Bradford] Room booking for 2013

Wearing my BCVS employee hat here, I can tell you that the building is not open on a Friday evening beyond about 7pm (unless you've explicitly been told otherwise?).

Dave (caretaker) is only paid for 1 hour to lock up on Friday night (I know because I am often the relief caretaker when he takes annual leave).
