[Bradford] Solution to a mapping problem?

Any ideas please for a solution on the following.
When a number of people are out delivering leaflets to houses they need to keep track as to what streets have been covered, that no street is missed and that there is no duplication. Everyone involved has a mobile phone. I came up with an idea but it isn't a complete solution. Can you do better? Solutions gratefully received!
