[Bradford] Video conferencing

Following the comments made, may I be so bold as to suggest trying Jitsi at 19:30 UK time on Thursday if that is convenient.  It works in a browser but I don't know if any special settings etc. are needed to work. John , you have tried this, does it work out of the box or are there things to do first?
