[Bradford] Geolocation phone tracking

Does anyone have any experience of using geolocation phone tracking?

I've searched the Internet but just get into a recursive loop.. There seem
to be so many YouTube videos about the subject many of which appear to
offer a free trial, but I haven't been successful in getting anything to
work.

Is there an Android app I can download which monitors a single phone number
without me needing to install anything on that number which I can use for a
month without incurring a great cost?
