[Chester LUG] Good laptops without the Windows tax

Hi Guys,

After much searching I have found a laptop builder who doesnt charge Windows
tax, infact window is extra !

The prices are good,  not even Dell can do it (however it doesnt mention
battaries, so i am wondering)
