[Chester LUG] tech meet directions

Hi,

Well I had all the directions sorted and I've discovered that there are
problems with the room booked!  So apologies but I'll have to delay sending
out the details until tomorrow when I can sort out another room.  As many of
you already know the meet is being held at Chester Uni on the main campus on
Parkgate Road.  I'll send a map and full directions asap.
