[Chester LUG] Fwd: Help with installing Linux Mint on to a Korean Samsung NC110 without USB or CD mounting

Dear Paul,

I have tried that a few times. I tried two ways of making the bootable 
USB, too, just in case I had messed /that/ up! I might have done that, 
of course, being a bit clueless but as far as I can see the only way 
with this little netbook is to go the route of a non-USB/DVD install. So 
far, there seem two ways to do that but I'm a bit fearful of doing that 
on my own. The problem seems to be that there doesn't seem to be any 
other option than the  #1 SATA HDD as a booting option in the BIOS.
