[Chester LUG] Meet up

The Funky Aardvark? Does this mean we have to turn up in platform heels, 
Bootsy Collins glasses and an afro?

I've probably walked past this place loads of times before without noticing, 
but since I haven't noticed, where exactly is it? Is there a sign?
