[Chester LUG] Slack

Hi all,

After some recent discussions in the LUG we decided it would be useful to
start using an additional method of communication for general discussion,
questions and useful links we might find as it was felt the mailing list
wasn't that suitable for this.

I initially proposed Mattermost as it's an open source alternative to
Slack. However on inspection I saw that the mobile clients are still in
beta. I think it is important that any medium we select is as accessible as
possible to encourage use. So, for now, I have set up a team with Slack.
I'll keep an eye on Mattermost and hopefully one day we can move to that.
