[Chester LUG] ZFS

Hi

Wondering if any ZFS users out there and if so have you any suggestions on
best way to set up a zpool for machine with 16x1G disks.

I was thinking just creation a zpool that uses all the disk and specifying
raidz3 e.g.

sudo zpool create pool-name raidz3 /dev/sdb /dev/sdc /dev/sdd...

but are there better approaches?
