[Chester LUG] USB Bluetooth dongle working with Ubuntu 16.04 etc.

Hi Roger,

Yes Tony's suggestion is a good first step. I have an old Belkin Bluetooth
dongle that works fine on Linux. Does the Fitbit need to run some Windows
software? I've never tried Bluetooth with Wine.
