[Chester LUG] USB Bluetooth dongle working with Ubuntu 16.04 etc.

Thanks to both Les and Tony.  I'll follow these up. Interestingly, 
Belkin is one of the ones that seems to give a lot of grief on-line.  
Still, it's not as if I'm spending a fortune - Roger.
