Giving CD's out is one thing playing tech support is another.  Its the
same old story once people know theres a nerd around, they'll flock to 
get they're crap fixed.

I'd have thought that someone genuinely instressed in installing a
*nix Os would have already done they're research, or at least attempt
to read the manual.
