[Colchester] virgin

It's the second time with Virgin, actually.
The first time, just after they bought ntl, they supplied a windows cd to go
through the configuration.
Now, it was handled by the browser, but it still needed to be launched from
windows.

Of course, it might just be that I didn't know how to do it in Linux.
Fact is, after firing Internet Explorer inside a virtual machine, I got
immediate access in the Linux host.

But, hey, the connection works all the time, with no download limits (more
or less), and it's relatively cheap.
