Not if there has been theft....

...which I doubt. There are so many knowledgeable eyes focused on
Linux and open source projects, nobody would dare steal/plagiarize
code.

But a lot of people are missing the point of the suit. It's not about
code theft (this is a smoke screen), it's about theft of business and
business ideas.

They might just have a point....
