They still deserve it -- even if SCO's claims are true, they've 
shouted and threatened without showing any evidence. Bad behaviour, 
and Red Hat still deserves great respect for supporting the community 
when all this is going on.

It's disgustingly symptomatic of the troubled US legal system. SCO's 
ramblings have been halted in Germany, Australia and Poland. Once IBM 
opens its patent warchest, though, it should hopefully be 
plain-sailing!
