Ive got talktalk on linux running great...what modem do you? have mines a 
sagem Fast 800 E3...if its the same then download the package eagle-usb or 
see if theres a suse package for it, then run eagleconfig as root...choose 
UK01 as the isp (it doesnt matter, they use the same settings as talktalk), 
select Yes for password encryption, and when its finished, type startadsl.
