Hi all,

The wireless networking issue has been resolved.  Many thanks Joe.  I recommend the Wifi Radar app.  It helped me, by telling me my laptop is picking up the signals.

I am finding I am liking Ubuntu more every time I use it.  Much cleaner and slicker than Windows.   I find the fact it is free amazing.  OpenOffice is pretty decent too, esp when its free.

I quite like doing things at the terminal prompt.  Brings back memories of the good old DOS days!!
