Great glad to hear you got wifi working :)

While there are GUI's for what I do, I just use terminal more (once you 
are used to it, it's faster too).

Now another thing to make you love Gnome more (although the same tool 
can be used on KDE too) - Gnome-Do

If you are on Hardy then you can install it within Synaptics or do this 
command:

sudo apt-get install gnome-do

Mine is mapped to <Super><Spacebar> (<Super> = Windows key). Fintan - if 
you're wondering how the hell I could do multiple tweets to Twitter 
quickly...I use the Twitter plugin for Gnome-Do ;-)
