I've not been overbilled, but I have Talk Unlimited on my phone line
and broadband, so the bill is very close to the same amount each month
- there's not much that they can muck up!

Can't comment on DNS - not been a big problem for me...

If you want to use binary newsgroups (I don't) then there are regular
complaints about incompletes, but then you do get that facility for
free (I understand that BT, for instance, don't have binary
newsservers as part of the standard package).

Oh, and I don't have the option of ADSL, so I'm stuck if I want
broadband!
