         The UAD Linux Society – Next Meeting 6th December 7 pm


                        The Cinema (3rd Floor),

                      Students Association Centre,

                              Bell Street,

Hi Guys,


Just a quick reminder of Thursday nights meeting of the UAD Linux
Society. This meeting we have a number of short presentation planned for
the night. The basis is that one person gets up and does a 10 minute
presentation on a subject that they find interesting. There is space for
one more person if you can think of a topic (it doesn't have to be Linux
related, and we all have interests outside of the open source community)
then drop me an email by no means later than Wednesday.


As usual the meetings are open to everyone, regardless if you study at
Abertay or not. So if you want to find out more about the Linux and Open
source community in Dundee then come along, and if you know someone that
would find are meetings interesting then bring them along with you.


We will also discussing the important and ground breaking issue of the
Christmas night out. So if you have any ideas then bring them along with
you. It looks as though our night will more than likely fall on the 20th
December, and of course if your not a member your still more than
welcome to join us.
