The ball is back in Microsoft's court where they cannot do a SCO (you 
have got our
intellectual property but we are not telling you which ones - U.S. 
judges have put paid to
that tactic).  Microsoft's bluff is being called in that they will have 
to detail each patent
infringement in Linux for them to be taken seriously.
