I have problems with his choices, still hes probably better than half
the people I use to work with and I was inexperience at that age also.

Still Kids been given a great learning opportunity, if IT is his
future field of choice.

I can't really fault him for no Open Source solutions, he may not get
the ideology and thinks price equates to quality or he might just not
like it.
