[dundee] Upgrade Scotland - DCA - Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

As well as Arron (who I'm looking forward to meeting) I'll be talking at
the event tomorrow evening. The idea is to have a pretty hands on event
and introduce people to Free Software, so LUG members will be very
welcome (actively encouraged!) to come and participate.
