[dundee] Highpoint Driver Compile Issue

Hi all, I am trying to compile the highpoint rr231x driver for use on the
openfiler (rPath) platform, but the output I get from the make command is as
below;

Now, I know that specific file does not exist, but I just cannot make it
work!
Any ideas?
