[dundee] TV Licensing

Ok, thank you to all.

Now, I know what I have do do, nothing :-)

Same procedure as in Germany.

But the rules in the UK not so hard like in Germany. In Germany I have  
to pay only if I own a TV or a Computer. It is not important that I  
use this to watch TV.
