Hi,
On the subject of influential figures from the fsf, Eben Moglen who is chairman of the software freedom law centre, who helped with drafting the gpl, gave a very influential keynote speech at the 2006 plone conference.
It maybe a few years old, but is titled: "software and the community in the 21st century"
I am sure any foss fan will enjoy watching.
