[dundee] BT cheerfully admits snooping on customer LANs

I doubt so too - it's the not being told that is the issue, I think. We used 
to collect firewall logs and process them to check for machines' infections, 
but we asked permission (we sold it as a service) and also reminded the 
customer of THEIR obligation to tell their own staff/customers about the logs 
being processed.
