[dundee] Hacklab

Hey,

I really wish I could commit the time to help. However, being realistic my
schedule is booked right up at the moment.

With that said, an acquaintance of mine helped with setting up the
Hacklab's in Nottingham and Aberdeen. He might be able to offer some useful
advice.
